Before purchasing an from LUBO ART you are required to agree to our Terms & Conditions.

 

LUBO ART Terms & Conditions outlined herein SUPERCEDE any General Terms & Conditions of the Sales Platform Website.

 

LUBO ART Terms & Conditions outlined herein are the Governing Terms & Conditions for all transactions between LUBO ART and customers.

 

Every artwork is handcrafted and only the metal preparation requires an automated process.

 

Each piece of artwork is quality inspected by Lubo and team prior to shipping. It is carefully gallery wrapped with high quality packaging materials.

 

Any artwork larger than 60 x 24 for a single panel and 66 x 24 for multi panel is considered custom made, and any artwork where shapes and colors have been chosen by the customer is considered custom made

 

Shipping, Customs & Taxes

 

Orders typically ship 1-7 business days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, you will receive email update and can opt into text notifications about the location of your order. If you require the order sooner please contact us, additional fees may apply.

 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. International rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. An "extended area surcharge" may apply depending on your international locations.

 

American buyers do Not pay taxes for arts Made in Canada.​

Communications are required within THREE (3) DAYS of confirmed delivery for approval of one of the following: store credit, exchange or refund.
 
DO NOT OPEN a case before you have discussed with us all possibilities of addressing your concern. Please contact us DIRECLTY to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of your concern.
 
Custom Artwork: Please note that there are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ARTWORK.  There will be your approval via photo of the art before we ship it. Sizes above 60 x 24 for a single panel and 66 x 24 for multi panel is considered custom made.
 
Non Custom Artwork Store Credit: If approved for a store credit, the shipping cost to you will be taken off the store credit/balance. Store credit never expires. Store credit becomes effective upon receipt of the original artwork by us in RESALABLE condition. To ensure resalable condition you MUST package the artwork with the original materials or ones of equivalent quality following the instructions we will provide you with. Shipping cost to us are the customer’s responsibility. Due to the SPECIFIC NATURE OF ARTWORK, each piece will be inspected upon receipt to determine condition and validity of the approved transaction.
 
Non Custom Artwork Exchange: If approved for an exchange, the shipping cost for the original artwork and the shipping cost for the exchanged artwork are the customer’s responsibility. The exchanged artwork will be shipped to you upon receipt of the original artwork by us in RESALABLE condition. To ensure resalable condition you MUST package the artwork with the original materials or ones of equivalent quality following the instructions we will provide you with. Due to the SPECIFIC NATURE OF ARTWORK, each piece will be inspected upon receipt to determine condition and validity of the approved transaction.
 
Non Custom Artwork Refund: If approved for a refund, your full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned artwork in a RESALABLE condition. To ensure resalable condition you MUST package the artwork with the original materials or ones of equivalent quality following the instructions we will provide you with. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Due to the SPECIFIC NATURE OF ARTWORK, each piece will be inspected upon receipt to determine condition and validity of the approved transaction.

 

Damage

 

In the rare situation of a package being mishandled and damaged during transit please follow the instruction below to ensure proper documentation and compensation collection.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged and you can tell that the artwork is damaged please DECLINE the receipt. The declined package will then be returned back to us and we will send you a new one.

 

  • If the packaging shows no visible damage, but when opened there is damage to the artwork, please keep all packaging and do not attempt to alter the artwork. Please take pictures of all packaging and the damaged artwork and open a case with the carrier. They may ask to physically inspect the packaging and artwork. We pay transit insurance for all our sales and as such the carrier is the party responsible for reimbursement in cases of damaged shipments.
